Refund Time: Within 10 working days
Shipping Cost for Returns: Free
Return Acceptance: We accept returns for defective products only

1.2 How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
To start a return, you can contact us via email at customercare@shobow.co.ke or Call: 0799151844. You will be reliable for all expenses incurred while shipping the return item to us.
Step 2: Return Authorization
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is not accepted, we’ll make an attempt to return the item to you via email at customercare@shobow.co.ke and/or via call at 0799151844. In case where we will not reach you or get any response from you, within 2 working days, we will grant you a grace period of 5 working days to reach us out, thereafter, the item will be forfeited and you will not be eligible to claim back the item.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return the item through the original mode of transit we used to deliver the item to you. Make sure to properly indicate our address as advised.

1.3 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@shobow.co.ke
1.4 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1.5 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), broken sealed products and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
