With our courier partners, Luffy Fulfillment, we ship to any address in Kenya. Orders can only be placed and delivered within Kenya.

Instore Pickup Fee: Free
For orders over KES 10,000 – We offer free shipping countrywide.
For orders from KES 9,999 and below – Shipping rate is dependent on product price. See table below.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

1.3 Order Processing Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any tracking queries, our customer support team is ready to assist.
1.6 Order Modification and Cancellation
If any incorrect delivery address has been entered, Please contact the support team at customercare@shobow.co.ke or call 0799151844 to make modification before the dispatch of the item. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

1.8 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
1.9 Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged item to verify the extent of the damage. For lost items, please contact our customercare@shobow.co.ke , and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
